La boucherie sur place ne propose que des produits d'excellence, au nombre desquels figurent la viande de bœuf Fassone, d'origine piémontaise, de la charcuterie et du vin provenant des meilleurs fournisseurs italiens, le propriétaire des lieux privilégiant les artisans au détriment des grandes industries agro-alimentaires. La boucherie s'approvisionne auprès de 7 élevages situés entre Monforte d'Alba, Serralunga, Roddi et Alba.
