The kitchen clearly understands the delicate dance of heat and time required for a truly exceptional steak. My dining companion's blue, a whisper of sear on the cool, crimson heart, was precisely as requested – a testament to the chef's precision. My own medium-rare, a shade warmer, boasted a meltingly tender texture and a depth of flavour that spoke of quality cuts. The service, too, was a delight. Attentive without being intrusive, the staff demonstrated a genuine knowledge of the menu and a knack for anticipating our needs. Empty glasses were never left lingering, and their cheerful demeanour only enhanced the already convivial atmosphere. The restaurant itself exudes a certain understated elegance; the décor complements, rather than competes with, the artistry on the plate. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere, the staff were great energetic and friendly. Enjoyed the cocktails and lager whilst waited to be seated for our meal. The food was fantastic we upgraded to the chateaubriand which was a great choice but could of had more sides offered than the 2 as wasn't enough to share really but overall a great evening The champagne was a nice gesture from staff to celebrate our night. I went to Gino’s for a Valentine’s Day meal with my partner and we was over the moon with everything! From the second we walked thru the door the service was outstanding and so was the food we had a waiter called Paulo, helped us pick out the best food and drinks to suit us. Everyone was really pleasant and polite and the atmosphere was perfect. Great value for money, we will definitely be coming back to Gino’s Manchester.

Dined here with my girlfriend for our valentines meal, my steak was perfect however my girlfriend's steak came slightly overcooked; easy mistake to make it was very busy. We mentioned this to the staff and they were great. They allowed her to finish what she liked and gave us a full replacement meal with no extra charge even gave her a filet steak when she initially ordered the rump. The lady who served us was fantastic unfortunately I was unable to get her name however she was kind , understanding and reassuring when we mentioned the issue with her steak. Amazing customer service would recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing meal.

Had a great meal, staff are friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. Stay away from the hangman sauce. Very evil stuff. Lol Will go back again soon
