Best Steakhouses in Cabbagetown

We were first sat at a high top with an unstable chair and a smaller table. We were okay with it but not very comfortable. A manager approached us and told us they didn’t want to sit reservations there and offered to move us to a booth. We were very appreciative and happy with the booth we ended up in. Our server, Monique, was very knowledgeable and attentive. She made sure to pay attention to our dietary restrictions and needs and kept us happy the whole meal. STK offers good food, great service, and is a beautiful restaurant.

Ruth’s Chris Downtown Atlanta service was extremely professional, knowledgeable and informative as well as very attentive, our server made sure we had everything we needed and asked multiple times if there was anything he could get for us. He even packed our to go plates. I’m assuming the General Manager or Lead even came to our table to ask how our food and experience was. Truly a great experience from a service standpoint. The food was absolutely incredible. My girlfriend ordered the double breast stuffed chicken with au gratin potatoes, while I ordered a NY Strip steak along with a lobster mac n cheese. The food did not take long to come out considering it seemed pretty busy. The sides were big enough for both of us to share and have leftovers! Great wine and cocktail selection! Do not let the prices deter you from coming here it was completely worth it and I will be gladly returning. Truly a 10/10 restaurant experience from start to finish!

Had to wait about 20 minutes past our reservation time for a table, but once we got down the food and our waiter were amazing. They comp’d a couple drinks for us and even sent us home with a few gifts.

For our 33rd anniversary, we visited Cuts in downtown Atlanta for the first time. The restaurant has a charming, classic steakhouse ambiance with a quiet and inviting atmosphere. Our waiter, David, was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and well-versed in the menu and preparation of the dishes. The spinach dip paired with homemade chips was outstanding. My Prime Ribeye was incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth, while my wife's salmon was quite good. We finished the meal with their Peach Cobbler, which was fantastic. Overall, it was an excellent experience with amazing food.

We were celebrating a birthday dinner at AG and had a wonderful experience. Since this is a restaurant affiliated with a higher end hotel, we certainly had expectations that it would be a good experience. The food was excellent, but what truly makes the experience is the service. Our server, Vangel, was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He was outstanding and we enjoyed the entire experience.
