I was looking for a nice spot to get food and drinks before a show at the Chicago theater and I stumbled upon P&P. They had an incredible happy hour menu and they did not disappoint! I had fresh oysters to start, it was chef’s choice and I don’t recall what kind I was served but they were huge, fresh and oh so tasty! I loved the accompaniments that came with the oysters as well. The service was top notch, Maddie was super knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. I ended up ordering solely off the happy hour menu, so I got lobster rolls and dirty martinis. Both were delish, I just wish I had enough time to try a dessert! I’m definitely coming back for happy hour and to try more apps & drinks.

From the time we walked in the door to the time we left the customer service was amazing!! The food was good! Try the empanadas and the beef fat fries and ribeye were also good!! I would highly recommend. I went for my birthday!! Shout out to Scott! Great service!!

Our second visit within 2 months. The food & beverage was exemplary. What brought it all home was the team. From our first moment at the host stand, until we left, it was a stellar visit. Richard, our server was gracious, fun & super knowledgeable about the menu. The busser(I did not catch his name) was always ready to keep our service sharp & our table clean. Richard’s professionalism & experience(& ample charm) really enhanced our visit. We felt truly welcomed & appreciated. The table visit by Rick at the end was also above & beyond. We didn’t get to say hey to David Axelrod, but we were in the same room. ;-) We are looking forward to our next visit. Kudos to all. A great evening with great food. Thank you, Cody & Marci.

We were the 1st to show up today. The Maitre’d was Dressed Impeccable and greeted Us immediately. Asked us to have a seat at the Bar and we’d be seated in 10-15mins. When we were, they offered to Check our Coats. Literally EVERYONE wished my Daughter a Happy Birthday 🥳 The Ambiance & Decor is Absolutely Beautiful 😍 including the Bathroom. Our waitress made great suggestions for Drinks, Appetizers & Main Courses. We ordered Based off our taste buds and Her Recommendations ( My Daughter is Vegetarian) EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!! The wait staff was attentive with cleaning the table consistently while ALSO wishing my Baby Happy Birthday 🎈 Both the Manager & General Manager came over to ask about our Meal & Experience and I couldn’t help but RAVE ABOUT EVERYONE, the Service & FOOD. I would give a rating of 10 out of 10💥 the Mommy/Daughter Date ended with the most Delectable Dessert & Sparkler. I can’t thank you enough. It was very emotional bcus My Son/Her ONLY SIBLING passed (Car Accident) and HIS HEAVENLY BIRTHDAY 😇 iS TOMORROW🙇🏽‍♀️ Yes a Day after hers.
