Best Steakhouses in Far North Dallas

HO HO HO! Here is an endaring Christmas Story, that the Spirit of Al Biernat would smile. My Party of 11, yes, 4 aldults, 7 kids, had a reservation at another restaurant because Als was packed. I had tried for two weeks. No big deal. We got an 8p Reservatoin at the other place and came at 6p, I asked to be put on waiting list. Mayne something would pop. At 7:45p, our 8p table was now about 8:30p. I OPEN TABLED Al Biernat! And, boom, there is an 8:15p reservation we could get. And We went the 1 mile distance and got put in the Treehouse, private room. Service fantastic, Food Great. Service Prompt. Hungry little kids (my grands) waiting on Santa. Out by 9:30p ,santa did his thing. Als cetainly helped that with cheer, promptness and efficiency. All the managers, bartenders, EVERYONE was incredible. Thank you.

Christmas Eve dining was fabulous. Over the top selections at salad bar, more grilled meat choices than should be allowed, wonderful adult beverages. Could not handle dessert, but the grilled pineapple was perfect ending to a lovely evening.

You have to give special kudos to those who work on Christmas Eve and do so with a smile on their face! The Chamberlain’s staff is the best of the best and provide a wonderfully special evening for me and my family.

We visited Texas de Brazil today for lunch to celebrate my daughter’s excellent grades, and it was a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely fantastic, with the standout being the beef picanha—perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. It’s my favorite and did not disappoint. The other meats were also delicious, showcasing a variety of well-prepared options. The buffet was equally impressive, offering an amazing selection of high-quality cheeses, cold cuts, fresh salmon, and vibrant salads. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. The service was pretty good, with attentive staff making sure our experience was enjoyable. While the price is on the higher side, the quality of the food and overall dining experience made it absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Texas de Brazil for anyone looking for a special dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Our experience at Arthur's was flawless. They were so welcoming and thought of everything from the first moment to the last. We were worried about having our baby at such an elegant place, but they assured us it was no problem at all and took us to a private booth. Our server Hamid was incredible and anticipated our 15m old babies every need before we even thought to ask. We had cocktails, which were strong and delicious, then glasses of wine with dinner. Out steaks were out of this world. I had the filet Oscar (filet medallions with lobster) and my husband had the ribeye. We hardly talked at all as we ate, our steaks seasoned and cooked to perfection. We prefer creamier key lime pie, but it still delicious. The classic decor was a beautiful backdrop. Don't even get me started on the stunning chandeliers! Hubby wanted to get home in time to catch the OSU game, but we were told there would be live music at 8pm every night! We need to return asap. Hopefully my review is not so gushing that OpenTable thinks I'm a bot, because we really had a lovely evening. We have been to many, many steakhouses and usually frequent another that starts with B when my in laws are in town, but this may be our new favorite!!
