Best Steakhouses in Dennison

Our meal at Chianti Grill was wonderful. The ambiance was terrific, the food was wonderful and the service, Justin, was exceptional. Justin was very attentive, informative and listened to what we had to share. He also had a wonderful sense of humor. He made the outing that much more special. I would highly recommend the Chianti Grill in Burnsville for a great dining experience!

Our server was Mandy. She was AMAZING!! She made sure we had an excellent time, and gave amazing service! We do not remember seeing it posted in the menu that the tip would be included on the bill. If it was there, it should be more visible, as to not be a surprise when the bill comes. That is not good business, nor good for your staff. Mandi’s tip would have been at least 25% (because she was so wonderful!) had it not been 18% on our bill. You really did her a disservice. The FLAT plates are beautiful, yet NOT something that food with any juice/liquid should be placed upon! When our meals were served, steak juice went all over me as the food runner placed the plate upon our table. Mandy was extremely apologetic and offered everything she could/within her power to make it right. It was ok, because she was NOT at fault… the owners were… poor decision to use flat plates!!!! The manager offered dry cleaning, but our flight home was the next day, so no dry cleaning could be done here. We were served free dessert. All-in-all, we had a wonderful time!! ALL of the staff was very friendly, and welcoming. We travel here often for both business and pleasure, and will be back! Our dinner guest was with Hilton management, and she was so impressed, that she will be bringing her clients to this location, as often as she can. We will most definitely ask for Mandy!

I appreciate very much being able to use a reservation system and it was very easy to find the lighting was very, very nice and quiet and the ambience was really quite lovely table was plenty of space. We had plenty of space between the other tables overall, I enjoyed it very much. Staff was very hard-working very friendly took very good care of us. Did an excellent job and kept the pop flowing, even when I didn’t ask, and we’re exceptional, waitress waiters waitresses.

You can ALWAYS count on the Capital Grille for a flawless evening. We are NEVER disappointed. Although we love exploring the myriad phenomenal and diverse restaurants in The Cities, this is where we go when we want tradition and excellence.
