The filet was amazing, bursting with a strong salt and garlic flavor paired with the umami. The lobster Mac on the other hand was alright, some bites were amazing and flavorful while other bites were somewhat bland, like the seasonings weren’t cooked into the Mac and just added on top at the end. With walking into the nostalgic past of Saint Louis, we were greeted with smiles and seated quickly, and as requested in a quiet corner, soon the request Prosecco was on the table to start our celebration!
