This is one of my favourite restaurants in the city. I always received good service when I attend. The meal was to celebrate my 79th birthday. We will return in the near future to have another delicious meal.

Our server was excellent. She was present exactly when needed. The usual fare (for me) was cheese toast, caesar salad, and steak. Today, being lunch, we opted for the "Special", which was three different cuts of steak, plus prawns and a veg and potato medley. It was flavourful and gave us a variety to our meal. It was my guest's first time at Hy's. It won't be his last, that's for sure. He loved the room, along with his meal, and service.
