Best Steakhouses in Pennington

The service was fantastic from drinks in the bar area to dinner on the mezzanine. Every server was 100% attentive and friendly even though it was a busy Saturday night. Thanks Ashley! We could not have had a better experience! High West Old Fashioned was a great cocktail recommendation from the bar, and the Porterhouse was perfect.

Beautiful setting. The place was packed and very loud but it was the holidays and there was a wedding there too. Food was very good but a bit pricey. The service was good particularly since besides the waiter there were several employees clearing tables, so empty plates did not sit too long. The valet was well organized. Will definitely be back.

The best steakhouse in NJ and none other comes even a close second in comparison. The Boss in his RED Steakhouse 85 logo shirt, the staff simply amazing. Went with two kids and 6 adults and they treated us with so much patience with my allergies to seafood and my wife being a person who does not eat read meat ( go figure). The food you ask? OMG the bacon, the Calamari ( wife and friends who had it) and the Shrimp ( wife told me) just delicious and cooked to perfection along with the 40 Oz porterhouse ( medium) and my wife’s Veg Risotto layered with Cilantro Shrimp. Fabulassimo. Have lost count how many times I have been there but if you are in NJ, heck if are in NYC, this is where you should be coming if you like the Tomahawk, the Ribeye and baby the Porterhouse. Always an outstanding dining experience. From appetizers to desserts, everything was delicious. Special thanks to Milo, Meta, Billy and the best waiter ever Adonis. You all make us feel so welcomed every time we visit.

I have dined at many steakhouses, both mid-tier and high end, and this was the first time I have eaten a steak without and additional sauces or toppings because the steak I got was absolutely seasoned very well. We decided to go here for a birthday dinner in the family and it was a good choice. The only downside or thing we thought could have been better was the appetizer options or at least having the appetizers that are only available at the bar also available in the dining room.
