We arrived and were seated in a timely manner. Our server Kevin was fantastic and attentive. My ribeye was perfect. Same for my brother. My Dad had the lamb…again, perfect. Spinach was great. Asparagus was a bit overcooked. Mashed potatoes were divine. My sister-in-law had the pasta with shrimp but said it was cold and she didn’t eat it (had it packed up). The salad bar was excellent again and the chicken Alfredo soup was great. The meat carvers were busy but mostly kept the plates full. Steaks and lamb were very tasty… the chicken wrapped in bacon was disappointing and very dry. Our table had to ask for the sausage as it ran out before they got to us. Even though the restaurant was at full capacity, the manager stayed with us, and even gave us wine recommendations. He didn’t have to, BUT he did. This was our first time at Fleming’s. There were lots of items at the buffet, and the meat kept on coming! We were asked multiple times if we had any requests on the meat which was very thoughtful. The staff were both kind and entertaining. We got the liquor cheesecake for dessert and LOVED it! So good!
