My prime filet mignon was seared a bit aggressively on the grill and served on a sizzling stone allowing me the interaction of bringing it from rare to medium rare as I ordered it but this cooking method does tend to dry the outside of the delicate filet a bit. My truffle fries on the side were underwhelming, but I did enjoy the complimentary chips and dip a lot. My cheesecake was dry and bland but they very graciously made sure to replace it with a delicious tiramisu upon seeing that I did not like it. We got a table with a great view and they gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. One of us is celiac and they were most accommodating.
