Absolutely divine experience. The service was outstanding. Luke our server was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The food beyond delicious . Everyone enoyed the experience. I've been to Rick Irwins twice before for special occasions and have always had a phenomenal meal and outstanding service. This particular time we were celebrating birthdays and they made it even more special by being extra attentivr, birthday cards from staff and sparklers brought to table. Overall an exceptional experience.

We had a wonderful evening at Firebirds! The ranch rings were a delicious start to the meal, and while my steak was initially prepared incorrectly, the staff quickly made it right and brought me the perfect steak. The service was speedy, and we were ready to leave about an hour after arriving, which was great. It was our waitress's first night out of training, and she was very attentive, doing her best to provide excellent service. What really stood out, though, was the teamwork. Another employee stepped in without hesitation to assist her, refilling my drink as soon as it was empty and offering support wherever needed. I also noticed a female manager who was hands-on, helping the new waitress without any negativity—just genuinely understanding and supportive. On a busy Friday night, their team dynamic was impressive, and the positive atmosphere really left a lasting impression on me. We’ll definitely be back, and I’m excited to see how this team continues to grow!

We just keep coming back. Everything is always consistently top notch! The service, the cocktails, the appetizers, the meal; everything was just phenomenal as usual.

Rick Erwins East Side is always an excellent meal combined with excellent service. Too often so many establishments cannot combine those two elements which are needed for a truly great dining experience. Clearly they have well trained their staff, and the kitchen always does an outstanding job with food preparation. All in all, one of the best choices for a high quality meal in Greenville.

The food was delicious. I had the Chilean Sea Bass. It was flavorful and practically melted in my mouth. The kitchen kindly accommodated me by preparing this without the usual bacon since I cannot eat pork. The she crab soup is outstanding. And, the desserts were worthy of the calories they contained. Our server, Phil, was attentive but not intrusive. He made the experience relaxing and enjoyable.
