- DDanVIPDallas - Fort Worth •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoA very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere in the first floor dining room. We ate here before going to a play. The food was great, we loved the appetizers. The potstickers were exceptional as was the crab cake. We also enjoyed the coffee. May be the best we have had at restaurant in Dallas. The service was attentive but not rushed. We visited the rooftop where it was louder and bit more festive. It was the best of both worlds! Quiet and relaxing for a date downstairs and great upstairs for drinks with friends. The menu is served in both places with a Happy Hour menu upstairs. We will be back.More infoThe Henry - DallasPrice: Moderate• American• Dallas-Ft. Worth (DFW) Corridor•4.7
- JJasonDallas - Fort Worth •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had an absolutely unforgettable dinner at Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse on Christmas Eve! From the moment we walked in, the elegant ambiance set the perfect festive tone for the evening. The service was impeccable — our server was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations throughout the meal. For our main course, we all chose the filet mignon, and it was cooked to absolute perfection — tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Alongside, we enjoyed the lobster mac & cheese, which was rich and creamy with generous chunks of lobster, and the roasted broccolini, which had just the right amount of char and flavor. For dessert, we couldn’t resist the Warm Butter Cake, which was decadent and comforting, and the Lemon Doberge Cake, a light, refreshing finish to the meal. Every course was outstanding, and the entire experience — from the exquisite food to the flawless service and festive atmosphere — made for the perfect Christmas Eve celebration. Highly recommend!More infoDel Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse - UptownPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Uptown•4.7

However, our desire was to have a leisurely Christmas Eve dinner, but Jack explained that Chef wanted orders filled before finishing our starter and our cocktails. And sure enough along came our entrees! It was all about turning tables for the establishment ! Will never reserve at Nick & Sam’s on Holidays!!More infoNick & Sam's SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Uptown•4.6
- MMichaelDallas - Fort Worth •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoA Christmas tradition for me and my family! Very e joyable experience. Typically I get the famous pork chop however the Prime Rib caught my eye. The prime rib was well cooked (med rare). I will say I was expecting some Smoked flavor however the prime rib had an extreme smoked taste which was overpowering. I ate around most of the char, but in my opinion and those of a couple of us, you should cut back on the smoke preparation for the prime rib. We will definitely return and I will definitely return to the pork chop selection! Thank you for a wonderful Christmas Eve meal/tradition. We ordered the calamari and shrimp, halibut catch of the day and short rib, the food was excellent, our server Julio was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality and helping us celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary . I recommend this place the service is outstanding.
