Best Sushi Restaurants in Carle Place

We enjoyed a Post Christmas - Pre New Years Dinner on Friday night, I had the Old Fashioned and Marinated Strip Steak, she had the Spicy Margareta and Sword Fish. We shared a Crab Meat Cocktail, which was a good size to share and delicious. The Arugula hiding under the ice was an unexpected treat and complemented the Crab an cocktail sauce. Service was attentive to our needs. We will be back !

I had the pleasure of dining at this establishment with my sister and mother last evening, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the expertly crafted cocktails to the delicious dishes, every detail was spectacular. We particularly appreciated the intimate setting and the perfectly curated ambiance, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. The service was exceptional, attentive, and friendly throughout the evening. I am thrilled to have discovered this hidden gem and am already looking forward to my next visit.

I have been here like half a dozen times and every time I always get excited to come back. However this time I felt like something was missing and lacking. They raised the price but everything was still the same. The service was still very good but for some reason I felt like it wasn’t as good and as fun as it used to be. The food didn’t taste as amazing, maybe because they were all the same as before so it didn’t surprise me anymore. I felt a bit rushed for each course, maybe because there were not many people at the dinner. Still, the hosts should have found the way to entertain the guests in order to keep up the reputation of the restaurant. Though I and my party were having good time among ourselves, I just thought that it would have been better if things were different. I also thought that they should change the menu more often to keep regular customers coming back and still be able to have fun.

We had a great time at Prime 1024. We had the special Caprese salad and the fried calamari for starters. They were wonderful. My hubby had Chicken Diavolo and I enjoyed a great Pappaedelli a la Ragú. Desserts were great as well. The service is really attentive and friendly. Our server, Edison and his helping coworker David, were really efficient and kind, and took great care of us. Prime 2024 never disappoints. We go there every time we want to celebrate a special occasion. We will be back!

The staff was amazing. The food was good the edamame was a little dry but the wings are top notch.
