- JJoannePittsburgh / Western PA •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoI went with my grandmother who has mobility challenges and is wheelchair bound on Christmas. Because of her mobility issues, we were very late, but they were very accommodating on all aspects. They put out a ramp so that we could get over the stairs and gave us an incredible seat by the window. The service was excellent. The food was beautiful. The atmosphere was incredible. So thankful for everyone at Otaru for giving my grandmother a very special day.More infoOTARUPrice: Very Expensive• Creative Japanese• Mt. Washington•4.8

- GGregoryVIPPittsburgh / Western PA •39 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 10, 2024To be honest. It was the only place that I could get a reservation for six in at the last minute. They did accommodate us well. When I did arrive, the place does have an old musty smell. It was virtually empty with only a few tables seated on a Saturday night at 7 PM. The waiter that took our order was a tentative. Our chef was very good as well. Unfortunately, I left there, and I was still hungry after getting the imperial twin New York strip steaks. in a pinch again, I surely would go. But it would not be my first choice.More infoNakama Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar - South SidePrice: Moderate• Japanese• Downtown•4.1
