Best Sushi Restaurants in La Vista

My waitress was the best she knew we were in a time crunch and make it very easy to get us in and out within a hour if needed, with also plenty of time to eat. I have been here before it and was definitely one of my better experiences. The only downside was with having a reservation we still had to be wait to be seated and if you order another drink that is not water you had to ask for water later it was not just automatically brought to the table which was different. I found that this place is great but I sometimes think for sushi hiro 88 down the road does better.

Sumptuous ceviche, Nigiri, Maki rolls, Sashimi, cocktails and other happy hour offerings. We always enjoy Baby Blue Sushi, and especially now with the recent renovations!

Went with a group of five for happy hour, was pleasantly surprised with the HH menu offerings and quality. Service and atmosphere were great.

The decor is beautiful. The plates are beautiful too. The food is presented in a lovely fashion and tasted fantastic. We will be returning soon and often. We should have tried this place years ago, it's really good. I ordered the mongolian beef and it was the best I've had in a long time, going back to Chicago in fact.

Cody was an excellent server. It was a very nice evening out with the kids. And the food was outstanding as usual!
