- CCelesteChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoStaff was excellent and the food was great. The restaurant is small and we ended up being the only ones during that seating. Place was very loud, though. Not sure if it's because of the acoustics of the place.More infoSushi By Bou - Isla Verde PR @ Fairmont El San Juan HotelPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Isla Verde / Carolina•4.7

- GGordonCaribbean •6 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 20, 2024I’ve tried the rest, and this is by far the best and only authentic sushi and sashimi available anywhere in San Juan. You can taste the freshness in every bite. Sushi moriawase had Japanese conger eel, snow crab, scallops from Hokkaido, king salmon, Japanese sea bass, bluefin tuna, and more. The chef was very generous with bonuses as well. The service was exceptional.More infoToyosu Omakase & Sushi BarPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• San Juan•4.6
