Best Sushi Restaurants in Shakopee

Food is great and servers are friendly and efficient. Nice decor.

Manager Dana and server Dave saved the day after a bad start. The hostess messed up and skipped our reservation, and seated other people who had later reservations. We waited 30 minutes for a table while standing next to the cold revolving door. After getting a table, things went better with Dave as our server and great food. The halibut was delicious! Dana the manager apologized and gave us a generous gift card to return.

Great menu. Way more than just a sushi bar, although one of the largest selections of sushi in town. lots of "other" things to choose if someone in the party doesnt care for sushi.

I had a few drinks at the bar with Katie being super attentive! We then decided to go sit at a table in the dining room with Mackenzie as our server and she was such a sweetheart! The edamame and the double stack brownie for dessert are a must!

It was our anniversary and my boyfriend’s first time at Billy’s. He loved the experience and the atmosphere of the place. Excellent sushi, very fresh. Will for sure be returning. I cannot remember our servers name but she was so welcoming and friendly!
