Patri has several meanings, in Hindi it means Pavement, in Urdu it means Track and in ancient Sanskrit its means a vessel or small furnace. Cépages est mon pèlerinage traditionnel chaque fois que je visite Londres. Tous les plats sont fabuleux (bien que la carte ait été un peu trop réduite depuis ma précédente visite); je ne citerai ici que la crème brûlée de mousse de foie gras... j'en salive encore. Cela doit être ma 4ème ou 5ème visite, et il y en aura d'autres!
