Everyone greeted us warmly and directed us to the table. We sat in a private space large enough for our group and were introduced to our server immediately. The menu was clear and the choices all seemed exciting. We ordered drinks and chose the Pre Fixe option. The $60 set price was a good deal and all of the food was wonderful. We enjoyed the space, the food, and the service. I definitely recommend it.

The paintings that decorate this restaurant are interesting - but what blew me away was the artist painting real time in the entrance way - wow! My friend and I had the bottomless brunch and I really enjoyed being able to order any number of small plates to share - I think we tried 8 different dishes. All were good but I especially liked the Dan Dan noodles, Brussels spouts and monkey bread. We were too full to try the taco bar or waffle bar but they had a constant crowd. Service was spot on - attentive but without making us feel like we were being rushed. A great experience.

During our 14-day trip to the U.S., Jaleo in Washington, DC, stood out as the best dining experience. The lively ambiance, excellent service, and exceptional food made it truly memorable. We started with the Jamón Ibérico, which was exquisite—rich, tender, and packed with flavor. The highlight was the Paella with chicken, which was expertly prepared and served tableside by the General Manager. This personal touch elevated the experience, showcasing the care and authenticity behind every dish. Jaleo perfectly balances traditional Spanish flavors with modern flair. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome throughout the meal. If you're in Washington, DC, Jaleo is a must-visit. It was the culinary highlight of our trip, and we look forward to returning!
