November 1999 was the month Chef Saipin and her husband Bill took over Lotus of Siam. Since then, Thai food became an adventure for those willing to step out of their comfort zones for Asian Cuisine. Chef Saipin’s distinct cooking has been passed down from generation to generation, from both her grandmothers and her husband’s grandmothers.     Incredible! Everything was amazing. Musaman curry with short rib was one of the best I’ve ever had. We also got the chile fried rice with short rib which was excellent. Apps - beef satay, fried chicken wontons and koong sarong all delicious but if I had to choose one it would be the satay. My partner got the sliced ribeye with a peanut sauce which was so tender and flavorful. Banana spring rolls for desert was the perfect ending. Service was also great. I have seen complaints about portion for price but I disagree. I felt portions were just right if not generous. It’s not cheap but it’s great food and in Vegas so what do you expect? Worth it! Will be back!

    Booked this for my birthday and loved it! Food was excellent and the service was top shelf. Recommendations from the staff on what to order worked very well and I recommend the wagu beef, the dumplings, sweet tai shrimp, and shishito peppers!

    Longtime favorite Lotus of Siam continues to deliver. They allow you to max and match your proteins to many of their dishes, and our server provided expert suggestions on which of our favorite proteins- beef and crispy duck- would go best with the various dishes. A wonderful meal!
