Every Persian will tell you that their mother’s cooking is unparalleled! With The Tahdig, I aimed to capture those nostalgic feelings while reimagining classic dishes using seasonal British ingredients. The vibrant spices, flavorful dips, tangy pickles, and abundant herbs are the tastes of my youth. For me, a true Persian dinner is incomplete without gathering elbow-to-elbow with friends and family, sharing each dish until every last bite is enjoyed.”
