Gia is a vibrant plant-forward 36 seat restaurant, specializing in handmade pasta with creative takes on Italian classics like plant-based meatballs, Focaccia, Ricotta Gnocchi, Rigatoni Bolognese, White Truffle Ricotta Agnolotti, Eggplant Parmigiana, Squash Risotto and Lion's Mane Steak.Reservations: We allocate a dining period of 2 hours and typically book at 5pm, 6pm and 8pm & 10pm, If you need more than 2 hours kindly let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate. Stefano's Diner is owned by Gia Restaurant. Our plant forward menu includes classic Italian fare: Focaccia, Mozzarella sticks, Maitake Mushroom sandwich, Eggplant Parma sandwich, Walnut Ragu Lasagna, Mac N Cheese, Spelt Rigatoni Funghi, Insalata Nizzarada with chickpea tuna along with weekly specials like Salmon Beurre Blanc and Lion's Mane Steak and Frites. We offer 10 bar seats for walk in and 18 Dining room seats. The design is upscale with micro cemented walls and floors with a walnut and olive green banquette occupying most of the space. Vegan wine, cocktails and mocktails available and our entire menu is available for take out.We accept reservations during the day Monday to Friday, and evenings Monday to Sunday from 5pm-615 and 8pm- 815. We are open late on Fridays and Saturdays till 1145pm featuring a late night menu after 9pm. Maximum seating time is 1.25 hours.We serve Brunch Sat. and Sunday 1030-4pm

C’est surprenant ce que l’on peut faire de créatif avec des légumes. Les portions sont petites, mais n’ayez crainte, au bout du cinquième plat, on est rassasié. Le service est rapide, l’ambiance est calme et nous n’avons pas regretté d’avoir choisi l’option du vin.
