The items were all distinct and tastefully crafted. We had a great time listening to our server Santana describe the inspirations and ingredients that went to the dishes. We could definitely tell that he was knowledgeable and enjoyed serving us, which also made the experience even better. I was sad to hear that the items on the tasting menu couldn’t be ordered a la carte, but we’ll definitely be coming back here with friends. Even though the restaurant was fully booked, the management/owner went out of their way to accommodate the change. Their effort allowed us to all dine together, turning the evening into a truly special family get-together. On top of being together, the food was absolutely incredible—it added so much to the experience! Thank you, GIA, for going above and beyond to make it a memorable family night.
