It was born of Chef Margaret Pak’s love for the southwest Indian coastal cuisine of Kerala. Our menu brings you traditions of Kerala along with playful interpretations from our culinary team. Rich with aromatic spices, coconut and curry leaves, the cuisine is a celebration of the bounty of the land and the sea.
We like to say that we are International Vegan Restaurant. That means our food is 100% plant based and Globally Inspired. We have a few American classics like homemade veggie burgers, mac and cheese and of course Nachos. However, we also have plenty of healthy options. Our Kitchen Manager specializes in creating comfort dishes from different cultures by making food that is hearty and flavorful, but still healthy. Many food items will have a focus on plants, rather than trying to mimic meat. Reading our menu is like traveling the globe with the different options we will have.
