Best Vegetarian / Vegan Restaurants in Spring Valley

Ummm I’m still speechless. I was worried I’m mentally overhyping myself cuz of Gordon Ramsay but boy is this restaurant really worth it. Service was exceptional - they are on top of it! Food was amazing. Scallops were not what I thought it was going to be like and I probably won’t order again (it wasn’t bad tho) but the BEEF WELLINGTON….I thought I was in paradise while devouring that until they came out with the STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING. UGHKK That was a moment of am I in heaven? Why am I getting emotionally involved with this dessert? Also why is this my first time trying this? The dessert was just perfection and more - eating it is an experience in itself. If you have one last meal on earth, THIS is what you should have. (Honorable mention to the butternut squash soup - that was delicious) I will be back Mr. Sticky Toffee…

Simply put. Great food with great flavor and good service. If you’re craving REAL vegetables, this is the place to go.

What a Great experience!! I am so glad I tried it at least once. I did not know how expensive it was for light food and pitch dark…. But still what a great experience. It’s a must at least once. Eyes wide open and couldn’t see a thing yet the server was impeccable precisely on point with directions. I will be back at least knowing how much I’m spending but bringing someone else through a wonderful exciting and fun experience

We had a view right by the window overlooking the fountains. Excellent staff.

Food was amazing as was the service. We knew going in it would be pricey but it was well worth it.
