Objectively the food is representative of the region and highlights the creativity of the talented chefs. For an anniversary dinner, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food and service were impeccable. I had 2 non alcoholic drinks, Pom-persimmon and the pineapple ginger. Both were delicious and beautifully garnished. I had an appetizer special, baked oysters, seasoned to perfection. For my main, I had the slow cooked short rib and it is one of the best I ever had. It was served on a bed of celery mash and bok choy. For dessert I had the passion fruit pineapple coconut cake. I also got to finish my dining companions chocolate peanut bomb. I will definitely be back to try their other offerings. Everything was superb. Highly recommended.
