Coming Soon! Heat covered patio seating. Opening 11/25/2020 High quality does not have to be pretentiousUnlike other south-east asian cuisines, Vietnamese food has influences from France. Given this influence, cooking is definitely a culmination of East meets West where meals are prepared and cooked for hours rather than flash fried. With fresh herbs, meats and vegetables, Simply Pasteur goes one step further than other Vietnamese restaurants by crafting our plates to be for a modern-american palette. That is, our cuisine is not only designed to be elegant, but also to be flavorful and to take experience into account.Come relax and enjoy an elegant pairing of Vietnamese pho, noodles, rice dishes and more with our in-house cocktails, wines and full bar.

We perhaps set our expectations too high, having spent almost 4wks eating our way through Vietnam. The Classic Bahn Mi were anything but, with what appeared to be deli meat and few vegetables. Served sliced in half, it was really just a sub sandwich. The shrimp spring rolls were tasty and presented well but I noticed browned lettuce. The atmosphere and the waitstaff is very nice so we will return to try other dishes to gauge whether their authenticity meets what we feel are realistic expectations.

Amazing food and service. However, they weren’t sensitive and didn’t ask about food allergies. I am gluten free and was surprised that the Tofu on the stir-fry was fried. The waiter didn’t know what the tofu was coated/battered in. I definitely felt sick afterwards but thankfully it is not a serious allergy.

We really loved Simply Pasteur. The ambiance was lovely, the music playing also was the right decibal and really delightful (a playlist that we asked about and have been playing at home), and the food was delicious. Service was also attentive and just right. It is a very appealing vibe and was a perfect place for an early Friday dinner. We are so glad we discovered this special place.
