We picked The Capital Grille for my wife's birthday, sticking with a favorite rather than trying somewhere new. It was a decision well rewarded, as this visit was even more impressive than usual. Right from the start, the welcoming hostess made my wife feel special with a heartfelt birthday greeting and by taking her coat. Michael courteously escorted us to our beautifully decorated table, complete with a birthday card, setting a celebratory tone for the evening. Domenic, a recently hired young man, greeted us with water and birthday wishes, introducing us to our server, Nate. Despite being new to the team, Nate demonstrated professionalism and a deep knowledge of the menu, as did Domenic. The meal itself was exceptional, a sentiment echoed by every interaction we had, including with Melissa, the manager, who made several thoughtful check-ins. The entire staff was cheerful and engaging, enhancing an already wonderful experience. Coupled with the stunning views of midtown, The Capital Grille provided us with an unparalleled dining experience, solidifying it as the best choice for such a special occasion.

Love the new menu! Must try pork belly and agnolotti dishes! The bartender, Bianca, made delicious, unique cocktails to satisfy our palates! Rich was well-versed in explaining the menu options and pairings. My out of town colleagues throughly enjoyed!
