Well we waited 45 minutes for a spot to open for a whine tasting and nothing opened up before our reservation for dinner. So we had dinner and a few drinks with our meal. The food was amazing we had a prime rib sandwich which was very tender and flavorful. We also had a paste plate and it too was outstanding and flavorful. We will definitely be having another date night there. Side note if you want to do a tasting the staff stated Fridays thru sundays are very busy for that and that is when those who linger at the station are there, Monday thru Thursday the crowd is more polite and you are able to do your tasting without the extreme wait.More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Columbus, OHPrice: Moderate• American• Columbus•4.6
- JJafo777New York City •13 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoReally nice atmosphere. Spotless and tasteful. Our server, Amy, was really great. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We went on a Friday night at 5:30. Not super crowded when we arrived, but by the time we left the restaurant was pretty full. Food was really good. For apps, we had the shishito peppers and the meatball. Both very good. If I were to be super nitpicky, I would prefer less sauce on the meatball because the meat was super high quality and the abundance of sauce kind of overpowered the meat. But I would definitely order it again. For mains, we had the burger and the braised short rib. Both very very good. Burger was high quality meat and cooked perfectly. I'm a short rib snob, and this was up there. Very good. I would prefer potatoes instead of risotto with short rib, but that's just personal preference. The risotto was very good, but if given a choice I would have opted for like a chunky mashed potato to pair with it. The root vegetables were seasoned nicely and cooked just right. Excellent dish. For dessert, we had the bread pudding. I asked for the maple bourbon sauce on the side, and for me, this was the way to go. The bread pudding itself was moist and just sweet enough. The vanilla ice cream was enough of a topping for me, so I didn't think it needed the sauce. If you like your bread pudding on the sweeter side, then go for the sauce. I dipped my fork in it and it was very good. I just prefer things a little less sweet so I opted to not put the sauce on top. Would absolutely order it again. I did order a before dinner drink (Weller Special Reserve bourbon, neat) and they gave me a generous pour. We will definitely be back. We live close by, and this restaurant will be on our rotation for sureMore infoNapa Kitchen + Bar - DublinPrice: Moderate• American• Dublin•4.8

- JJenniferColumbus •12 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoOur first visit to Chouette and - WOW - did we enjoy! Loved the holiday decor and ambience. The service was excellent and every dish was sublime. We enjoyed the oysters, a cheese plate, (lovely presentation with chutney, dried fruit and nuts), the tenderloin, salmon, linguine with lobster, ratatouille, and every dessert listed. One of our favorite birthday celebrations in years.More infoChouettePrice: Expensive• French• Columbus•4.5
