    When we travel from Seattle to Portland we always try to have a dinner at Nostrana, The food is simply prepared and perfect every time we have had dinner.     One of my favorite restaurants. The cheese fondue is my go to by the pasta and pizza are wonderful. There is a nice variety of salads and they always have tasty specials. The service is spot on!

    What a terrific spot! It was our first time dining here but it most definitely will not be our last! The vibe is cool/hip but totally welcoming—good tunes playing and comfy banquette seating. And the food was outstanding: chewy sourdough with a spicy tapenade, fried brussel sprouts, roasted winter squash with pepper jelly, fried boar ribs with a Calabrian chile kick, seared octopus—every bite was a winner. And then: the Basque cheesecake. Zowie.
