Best Wine Bars in West Sacramento

Glad we chose to celebrate Valentines on the 15th and chose this steakhouse! My husband and I enjoyed our meal and the desserts as well! Our steak did come out rare twice instead of medium rare, but the restaurant was quick to remedy the situation and had appropriate responses to problem! We will definitely be back and already recommended this restaurant to a friend!

Best place ever for the delicious food and ambiance! We have only been in the area for a little over a year and are so happy to have Wise Villa so close to our home! The selection of wines are amazing and really like the Malbec.

The experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. We kicked off our culinary adventure with the tantalizing Tuna Tartare, bursting with flavor. The lobster bisque was out of this world, rich and creamy—every spoonful a delight! For the main course, my husband savored the juicy pork chops, while I indulged in the exquisite sea scallops that danced on my palate. Each dish was a masterpiece, leaving us both raving about the incredible meal we just enjoyed!

House of Oliver was a nice change of pace from the usual dining experience in Roseville. The small venue was crowded and felt a bit cramped but not claustrophobic. My wife usually uses a wheelchair and that would have been impossible given the small footprint and table arrangement. Thankfully she was able to use her walker to get into the restaurant. We had a reservation for a table for four but there were no tables available. The kindness of a couple at a four top and their willingness to move to a two top was the only reason we were able to be seated. The service was good but I could tell the two servers were stretched thin as they were responsible for tables inside and outside the restaurant. Still, we did not feel like we were neglected. Drinks were excellent. The food was upscale bar food and very good. We appreciated the live musicians. The volume level was great even with live music. We were able to easily converse at our table without issue.
