- BBenjaminNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWhat a wonderful way to spend Christmas Eve dinner eating a delicious Paella, drinking Spanish Cava and listening to Christmas music in Spanish. The staff at Socarrat Paella Bar is outstanding from the moment Mila greets you at the door and takes you to your table to the friendly and attentive waiter Diego and even a waiter that sings. Thank you for a fantastic experience and we'll definitely be back soon! Happy Holidays to the entire staff! Benjamin & HansMore infoSocarrat Paella Bar - ChelseaPrice: Expensive• Spanish• Chelsea•4.6
- BBrittanyNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoFirstly, Stephen and Kristina were the absolute best! They are the perfect example of the stellar service you hope to receive at a restaurant like The Capital Grille. Kristina was very knowledgeable about wine pairings for my steak, recommended such a delicious red, and was so pleasant and personable. Steven was also very kind, upbeat and gave us all the good vibes one likes to be around during the Holidays. On to the food: My mother and I shared the Caesar salad to start. Delicious! Such a light and flavorful dressing. The croutons were wildly tasty too. I had the jumbo lump crab cocktail as well, with an incredible mustard sauce. Fantastic. My mother had the roasted chicken entree and loved it. I had the filet mignon with a side of Sam’s mashed potatoes. I assure you, you’ve never had such smooth, rich, creamy mashed potatoes in your life! For dessert, I chose their espresso martini. Best in the city. I’m not kidding. This entire experience was simply delightful. Service, food, ambiance, and general pace of dinner were all 10/10. Thank you! We cannot wait to return. The place is pricey for what it offers, but great if you’re going next door to the Vanguard and want to monitor the queue.More infoFelliniPrice: Moderate• Italian• West Village•4.6
