Best Wineries in Melrose Park

We had a reservation for 4pm following the Nutcracker matinee, so we arrived right after they opened. It was a nice 20 minute walk. The dining room was really cozy and had some fun holiday touches. We enjoyed our meal - classic Italian fare. I think the appetizers, including the Brussels sprouts and baked caprese with garlic bread were my favorites. The service was excellent. By the time left around 6 it was definitely noisier, but not overwhelming. Our three teens asked to go back again. That's a win!

Absolutely wonderful experience, start to finish. The cocktails in particular were outstanding, and that is saying something for a London restaurant trying to compete in Chicago. Service was also outstanding throughout.

Excellent service, friendly service, good food and fantastic wine

We dined on a Monday night; 1/2 priced bottles of wine… need I say more?! We shared the Peking duck for 2 and, and, sat at the very small and cozy bar. The Duck was so flavorful and cooked to perfection, we had the seasonal squash soup; which is just spicy enough to be interesting and satisfying but, not so much that it overwhelms- the service is quick and efficient and the room is small and charming- the best French bistro in Chicago!

Everything was amazing! The wines were perfectly paired. It was communal seating which turned out to be very fun meeting new people. It was reasonably priced.
