Inspired by yakitori izakayas, Big Night is going to be putting seasonal British-ish produce on sticks and cooking it on our charcoal grill. The food will be simple, loud and fun, perfect to be eaten with a beer in hand and friends at your side.The menu will draw on a variety of influences rather than pretending to adhere to the concept of an authentic cuisine (this is not a Japanese restaurant). Good food and service. We had sushi, sashimi and the skewers and they were all very good and well presented. We were very well looked after by polite and efficient staff.

My friends and I had a great time. Service was excellent, and food was great as usual. On this occasion we ordered a set menu because we did not want to spend too much time deciding what to have. It was an error on our part as each of us did not like different things on the set. Not the restaurant’s fault but our own. The beef tataki is to die for!! We were sated and had a very enjoyable evening. Thank you! May I put in a request please…..to bring back the liquorice crème brûlée! That was your ultimate dessert.

I had forgotten how much I love Sticks 'n' Sushi until last night. Loved it again. Great food and great value set menus. I had a really delicious non-alcoholic cocktail too.
