For over 35 years, Da Bianca Trattoria has earned a reputation as a beloved local restaurant serving authentic Italian cuisine. Founded by Bianca Cangelosi Bavand, Da Bianca was a dream come true for the Sicilian native. Her inspiration and the secret to the restaurant's continued success is serving simple food using only the freshest ingredients-- just like the food she served her family.     Came for Valentine's and was a little surprised at first when we were notified days after making the reservation that it was a fixed menu, but the food and care they gave was outstanding. An unassuming little restaurant that looks almost like a cafe was a fantastic experience of Italian cuisine made with love and not off a processed assembly line. The lobster ravioli was incredible, as was the mushroom soup and Caesar salad. The meatballs were so full of flavor, I'd go back just for them. We all tasted each other's foods, and couldn't decide which was best. The garlic pasta, pork chops and filet were amazing. Definitely going back to taste off the regular menu.

    We go there quite often but the meal we had on Valentine’s Day was very mediocre. Both the appetizer and pasta was cold. I did send back the pasta. Our waiter seemed very hurried at the table but saw him standing around talking. I will go back there but not with a price fixed menu
