   We always love the daCapo chips and the spinach & burrata salad was tasty. Well done! Service was excellent too. A favorite place of ours in Avon.

   We have never had a bad meal here. Love the energy and atmosphere of the place - nothing pretentious about the staff or the food. Highly recommended the amazingly thin and crispy eggplant and zucchini “Da Capo” chips. Delicious chicken parm, pasta bolognese and other Italian dishes. But best of all is the pizza and the seasoned pork chop. Decent bar atmosphere, which, admittedly, is right next to the dining area. But it's additional seating and nothing wild.

   Interesting choice of music for a Valentine’s Day dinner in an Italian restaurant. Also the manager was running around like a maniac ordering his staff around the room. Respect the hustle, but try and respect people’s surroundings.

   The manager was excessively loud and touching everyone. He appeared to be on drugs and was bluntly flirting with all of the servers, wrapping his arms around them, speaking very close to their face, and then yelling orders to them from across the restaurant. The calamari was chewy and the food was OK. Our server did a fine job. My drink tasted very good but cost 14$ and had basic Jim Beam bourbon, so it should have been much less. The price was very high for what we ordered. I dont mine paying more for great food, but this food wasnt anything I would recommend. I don't think we will be back anytime soon.

   My steak was not good. I actually left half of it on the plate. I let out server know and she did nothing about it. I also asked for a steak knife which didn’t come u til I decided the steak wasn’t good. I’m disappointed.

   We went for Valentine’s Day. They were rushing us from the moment we walked in the door. We got our salads and weren’t finished before our food showed up. The table was so small we couldn’t fit our plates on the table. Everything was hurried. The noise was very loud. I had the seafood with spicy marinara, which was not spicy at all. I would definitely rate this restaurant as fair. You go out on Valentines Day, you want it to be special and spend time together, not be rushed.

   I’ve gone to lunch here frequently over the past few month but was disappointed in our dinner. It was just meh. It was busy so I can’t fault our waiter for not checking on us during our meal but they seemed to be understaffed. And it’s very loud in there. In fact, I heard the table next to us say how loud it was in there as they were getting seated (they had to yell it to one another to be heard). Not sure I’ll be going back anytime soon and would not recommend this to others.

    Our go to place. The waitstaff give us time to talk and have an unrushed dinner. The scallops; pork chop; chicken and cod all were wonderful and well prepared. We particularly enjoyed the 1/2 price wine Tuesday.
