• Menu needs to be finalized 2 weeks prior to event

• Charge to open early Saturday or Sunday Lunch- $450, Dinner-$600

• Bartender fee Saturday/Sundays $100 under $400 in alcohol sales

• Weekend day parties are dinner banquet menu only

• Valet Parking fee $6 per person night or $4.50 per person day
