Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     The seafood tower was exceptional! Service was great! The only thing I did not like was the size of the table. I felt like I had to speak louder to interact with my guest!

    Gumbo and Barbecue shrimp were great. Still being full from lunch we did not order mains. The staff were very cool with that which we really appreciated.

    it was always a great experience everytimeni dined here. one of the best spot in Vegas. The waiter named jeff was pretty friendly and very knowleadgeable about whats on the menu. Good ambiance friendly staff, and great food. Will always comeback.

    An amazing restaurant for dinner. The staff was incredible. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and made us feel comfortable. From cocktails to dessert, everything was divine, satisfying and packed with flavor. Every bite left you wanting more. Steaks and pork chops were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Hummingbird cake was decadent. A must try.

    Amazing steak!! Fabulous service and attention to detail. Only thing not amazing was the asparagus. Tasted like just put it in the pan. Even the waiter tried hinting not to get it we figured out after tried it! Mushrooms and mashed potatoes were great though! Wine also wonderful.
