With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections.     I was not impressed with the quality of the food for the price. It is overrated. I ordered a 9 oz filet mignon and was undercooked, they took it back to cook more and came back over done and chard. I ordered a 6 oz filet mignon instead and was cooked right however there didn’t seem to be any flavor. I’m disappointed to say the least. I’m from Texas and even a mediocre steakhouse has a better steak. 🙂

    Delmonicos was very impressive. We had 3 people dedicated to catering our every need. The service was great and the ambience was terrific. Our waiters were very helpful. The food was mouth watering and the dessert was delightful. Highly recommend Delmonicos

    Food was exceptional. The pop over bread was absolutely wonderful and the steak was very tender and cooked to perfection. Banana cream pie was also amazing.

    We were in town for the Las Vegas Grand Prix, my son and my first time, Chef Ivan and his staff were amazing, they knew the menu and had great recommendations made our meal great! It was truffle that weekend and they were amazing! We will definately return!

    Food was great, our main waiter treated us like we were beneath him. It was my wife’s birthday and he ignored us the majority of the time. Spent $400 to be treated like crap. We won’t be back.

    First time dinning at Delmonico Steakhouse and all I can say is 5 Stars across the board. Location is convenient, atmosphere is inviting, and the food was perfect. But the service was the best we’ve ever seen. Matt our server who has worked at Delmonico for 23-Years made our night one to remember. This is a must visit while in Las Vegas and Emeril Lagasse once again doesn’t disappoint. But make sure and ask for Matt, you will not be disappointed!
