With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Our Girlfriends' Birthday Dinner was delicious & service was impeccable! Steak & the desserts were so wonderful! Brought us a special Birthday chocolate little dessert for us & we ordered a banana crème pie for dessert too! A WONDERFUL meal!! Celebrating 4 lifelong friends Birthday!
