True to its name, the Chef’s Table feels gloriously indulgent, inviting lucky diners on a hedonistic journey encapsulating Antonio Pérez’s life in Puerto Rico and his culinary career across South America, Europe, and Asia. The setting feels intimate and wildly special, with just 12 seats surrounding the open kitchen, complemented by a lounge area for a welcome cava before dinner or a post-tasting menu digestif. The themed-driven five-course menu changes monthly along with its wine pairing.
This is not merely another dining experience; it’s an intimate journey through the heart and soul of a Puerto Rican cook and his global culinary influences. Do not reserve a number of diners higher than desired, in our kitchen everything is prepared for all confirmed reservations, as such, we will regard it as a no show who has failed to comply with the reservation. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please give us at least three day’s notice. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

Hands down, the best view of the Condado Lagoon and the ocean in all of San Juan, great for a breathtaking sunset. Beautiful, elegant dining room and decoration. Outstanding service and hospitality, all of your dining needs are met with a smile. Great cocktails, lovely wine list and delicious food. Perfect for dates, celebrations or hosting an intimate event in the private dining area.

Sea bass and Lamb chop entrees were great. She loved her veggies, especially mushrooms. Totally surprised(pleasantly) when we walked. Great decor. Helpful and happy professional staff. We would defineatley return!

"La Nonna” was the precursor of this Italian cuisine where they used the best ingredients while preparing everything from scratch. It is a throwback to the traditional and rustic cuisine. We try to respect these methods and recipes from the past while integrating cutting-edge techniques.
