This is the purest expression of Sonoran food in Arizona I’ve had so far. Tremendous work with amazing vision. The people, the dishes, it was all rooted in tradition but cooked at an incredibly high level of skill. Plus the staff was unbelievably patient and kind. I had shown up earlier and my friends ran incredibly late. They were very patient and assured me it was fine. I wish I could’ve tipped more.

I ordered a 10-course set menu, and the corn and lobster soup on the third course and the wagyu beef on the eighth course were delicious. The service is very good. The first two dishes were not very good.
