Our Chef, Jason Reiner, and his team are dedicated to the local food movement and create menus by season and availability of local products. We had a lovely dinner tonight with friends. The service was impeccable and appropriate and the food satisfied everyone's palette! The dining room was tastefully decorated for Christmas too!! Our reservations was for 5:30 so it was not busy when we arrived. It filled up and escalated in volume as the evening wore on but no one was bothered by it! We really enjoyed our experience tonight!!!

Lamb shank, most meaty ive ever had, duck done to perfection, veal picatta excellent. Our server, I think her name was Marissa, was outstanding. Wine decanted without asking shows attention to detail. We had a great time, cant wait to go back.

We have dined at Casalinga a number of times. Always great and last evening was no exception. Greeted at the door, seated right away, service was excellent and the food was outstanding. We need to go more often!!
