Fine art, black walnut walls, Roman clay ceilings, Shou Sugi Ban from Japan surrounds you as you dine in a luxurious velvet seat around an intimate chef's counter. At Konro, everyone has VIP access to our open kitchen while a two Michelin star Chef and Food & Wine Best New Chef prepares and describes each dish in front of your eyes. This is more than dinner, it is an experience. You will enjoy a 10-14 course tasting menu of the best ingredients sourced from around the world prepared with old world techniques. Our ever-changing beverage program is a mix of classic and avant-garde producers from select parts of the world designed to complement the flavors of Chef's creations.Chef prepares a full nonalcoholic pairing for those who choose to have another beverage option. Chef is over six years sober and takes deep pride in handcrafting each beverage to mirror the experience of the traditional pairing.

About the restaurant
Taki Omakase is Delray Beach’s premier Japanese Omakase restaurant. We offer a curated 18-course chef’s choice menu - including traditional Japanese nigiri and cutting-edge, innovative seafood & wagyu dishes. We have 3 nightly seatings Friday & Saturday at 5:00, 7:00, & 9:00 pm. Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday we offer 2 seatings at 6:00 & 8:00 pm. Lunch seating available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday's at 12:30 pm. I understand Dinner Omakase is $170 per person + tax & gratuity. Lunch Omakase is $90 per person + tax & gratuity. A deposit of half the Omakase ($85 at dinner $45 at lunch) is required to book and will be applied toward the bill.

All guests must consume raw fish. We cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian restrictions.

The concept, conceived by James Beard-nominated Chef Clay Conley, is a high-end bistro, featuring progressive American cuisine, in a casually sophisticated setting. The predominant characteristic of Buccan's menu is a changing array of small plates - highlighting the use of superior ingredients and preparation - offering an adventurous and memorable dining experience. Imoto (little sister) is Buccan's version of an Izakaya. The Japanese Izakaya's were traditionally down-to-earth gathering places to go get a drink and something to eat after work. Imoto Room is an extension of Buccan's small plate - big flavor concept with Japanese and other Asian influence. We are a cozy sushi restaurant that is great for a quick lunch as well as a nice dinner with friends and/or family. There is an extensive roll menu representing the best of modern American sushi.
