The meal, two 22ounce ribeyes, whipped potatoes and asparagus all served family style was one of the best we’ve had in a long time!

The food was excellent and so were the cocktails. The service from start to finish was subpar. Wine glasses were not taken away from minors and the server without asking started pouring wine for everyone at the table even though only 2 people in a party of 7 were drinking wine. After dinner service the servers did not come back and did not offer desert. after waiting 30 minutes we had to get up to request the check. we have been before and received excellent service but last night was not great.

Steak ordered Medium but came rare. Still tasted ok though. Wish we had cured menu/pricing beforehand as it was very pricey. $74 for steak with no side or dinner salad unless you pay more. Also ordered a lobster dish and it didn’t show it had roe on it and as a pregnant woman that’s not good for me to eat. Ended up throwing out most of it.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding! Everyone treated our family like “family “. Every dish was as good the previous one. Compliments to the Chef! We would highly recommend Prime as a destination stop when in Hollywood.

The food was really amazing. Top notch! However, our dinner took over 2 hours because the service was very slow. After our party of 4 was seated, an unexpected large party arrived and we had to get up and move tables. The restaurant did offer complimentary desserts for that inconvenience, but then even after that offer the service continued to be disorganized and it took a long time to even get a cocktail menu while we waited. We had reservations but felt pushed aside because the large party became more important to service than our table. Again, the food was wonderful but the service situation really detracted from our overall experience.

This was the last night of our Florida vacation and Valentines night. I had booked reservations weeks prior. Upon our timely arrival we were greeted and after a few minutes wait were escorted to our table. Then, the agonizingly slow service “began” so to speak. We ordered a nice bottle of wine after a long wait to get the opportunity to get someone’s attention. When we finally got our wine we wanted to place our dinner orders. More wait. Our dinner was agonizingly slow to arrive. Price and food quality was not the problem. Very slow and inattentive “service” was a problem. We would not recommend. They need to get it together. The cafe bar by the pool beat this place in friendliness and attentive service by far. Great hotel and property - this restaurant being the sole (and slow) exception.
