Every night Guido and Gino Tiozzo welcome you to Donatello, a fine dining restaurant serving authentic Italian cuisine since 1984.

Their constant presence and attention to details guarantee that, whether you are dining alone or hosting a large party, you'll be pleased and satisfied by your experience.

Every lady will leave Donatello with a rose on her hand as thanks for being there.

You'll see for yourself that hospitality has ancient roots at Donatello.

The menu is based on century-old Italian recipes and displays Italian specialties; the staff is friendly and professional and the desserts are delicious!

If the night is still young, come and relax at the piano lounge where blues, jazz and every love songs are played at the baby grand. Listen to the music while sipping a drink or dancing with your loved one.

Mrs. Kitty played on the same ticket with James Brown and Fats Domino and the pre-show for Dizzy Gillespie. Majid was on the same stage with Mahalia Jackson, Count Basie, Aretha Franklin. They play Tuesday – Friday.

This restaurant is old school in a good way. Waiters in Tuxedo's, a single rose presented to any of the ladies at the table. The service was outstanding. Very attentive. Not pushy. Wine glass along with water always refilled, dirty dishes immediately removed. Then there is the food. Simply outstanding. Without question, one of the best Italian restaurants in the Tampa Bay area.

it was our best dinner reservation of our trip to Tampa! raised in an Italian home you get to know food, Donatello's was special! I tried everything linguine and white clam sauce stuffed tortellini veal Sorrentino and the shrimp scampi. don't forget the fried calamari and the mussels in the white sauce you will dunk a full basket of bread, Now go manga!!! Excellent everything from start to finish! Im an Italian New Yorker and this was my second time visiting Donatellos, fantastico’ bravissimo!

As always Donatello’s has the very best Italian food and service!! I love the authentic dishes and the lump crab pasta was just incredible!!

Personally greeted by owner (Gino) on way in. Arranged to seat us in lounge for our first visit. Wonderful food, service and music! Definitely old school…

Was a wonderful evening. Very pleased with everything. The bar before and after dinner was a great idea. It was fine dining along with great service and a lively bar. We all left wanting to come back soon.
