Excellent experience overall! Food: The filets were perfectly cooked. The redfish was delicious. The food seasoning was balanced. The asparagus was a bit over charred. Desserts: Lemon tart and Chocolate cake were both incredibly well presented and delicious! Oysters: Misty Point, perfectly chilled and brined! Cocktails & Wine: wine was excellent, margaritas were perfect! Service: Charlie was our server. His service was timed well and thoughtful-never rushed. He is always a professional!

You can’t beat the experience, service and food at Eddie V’s downtown. We love sitting at the bar because Gary always provides us exceptional service. We are never disappointed and he and the team really go above and beyond!! Consistently GREAT!

This is my 2nd trip to Eddie V's downtown in the last 3 weeks or so, the atmosphere as always was great, I was with 2 guests one had sashimi and one had steak tartar and they found them both to be excellent along with the crab fried rice. I had twin S. African lobster tails which were very good, but not the best I've ever had. Our server was excellent, attentive and knowledgeable, he had great timing and didn't rush our meal at all. Food came out timely and as described. I have been to Eddie V's both downtown and Arboretum many times over the years and they are always on point and come through with a great dining experience every time.

Predictably excellent. Took my wife for the first time and she agreed. Service team was attentive but not in your space; food was great as always.

Sat at the bar with Brian as our server/bartender services impeccable. The food was great as always, one of my favorite places in Austin and who knew the valet parked horses.
