    Eddie V’s is always a win. Whitney our server was terrific in every way. Tuna tartare and the yellowtail sashimi made for a great start and the steak and shrimp were cooked perfectly. And the valet guys and front desk folks were equally pleasant and professional as always.

    Matthew Shadrach was our server at Eddie V’s. this young man was outstanding. one of then best servers i have ever had. very knowledge, exceptionally articulate, great recommendations, down to earth. i would hope to have him again the next time we go there

    Amazing Tuna appetizer. The Sea Bass melts in your mouth and scallops perfect. The service by Halley was fantastic and band played great songs at enjoyable level. My date and I loved it all!

    Great service and food as always. I have been coming here over the years whenever I’m in Austin and while it’s been a while post-Covid I was very happy to see the same standards going strong. Thanks for a great meal with wife. In particular, Joshua who took great care of us. Cheers.
