   We waited until a few days after Valentine's Day to celebrate so we missed the crowds and chaos. We love going to Eddie Vs and Michelle is always our server. She is a true master of her craft - just the right mix of attentive, but not intrusive. She also willingly offers excellent suggestion and often provides an unexpected little extra. For this dinner, even though we were a few days after Valentine's Day, the host greeted my wife with a rose and then Michelle brought her another rose and us some champagne. Our dinner was spot on as always. We shared a crab cake and the warm goat cheese salad, which we get almost every time we go to Eddie Vs. My wife had the scallops and I had the redfish special. The redfish was hot and flaky with crab on top, which was cold which seemed a bit odd. My wife's scallops were even better - served with some citrus wedges that brought out the sweetness of the scallops. All in all a wonderful evening.

   Food is always great. Perfect anniversary dinner. Lamarion was great, attentive, nice and made our date night even the more special.

   We ate in the lounge and enjoyed the live music with our meal. Our server, Sib, was very good and attentive. The meal itself was excellent. Eddie V’s makes a great smoky old fashioned, and it’s my favorite. You can never go wrong with Eddie V’s.

   I took my girlfriend here on Valentine's Day which was a very special night of course but it was extra special because I proposed to her. Army was our server and he had so much style and eloquence and made our night so much more special with his attentiveness and professionalism. It was A++++ rate service and Army's service mad the whole experience that much better. My girlfriend, now wife-to-be was and is still shocked. By the way, she said yes. Thank you Eddie V's and Army.

   Eddie V's never fails me. The atmosphere, ambiance and food and service are all top notch. When I compare it to similar restaurants, the cost is competitive and the food and service is much better. The only thing I would love to see is an enforced dress code. Last night I saw too many young ladies dressed for the club. I would love to see an enforced business-like/semi-formal dress code. Blessings Alex/Angela Holcombe

    The food and service were very good. The waiter was attentive and went the extra mile to accommodate us. When he learned I couldn't eat aioli, remoulade sauce or mayo, he quickly changed the presentation of my order. I appreciated that . Otherwise the food was very good and the presentation was spot on. I particularly liked the citrus served with the scallops, since it gave the dish a light and fresh note. Overall very good and I'd recommend this Eddie V's location to friends and family.
